Split a PDF or delete pages?

Why this happens

Splitting produces separate files. Deleting pages produces one document with fewer pages; the two workflows serve different purposes.

What to try first

Use Split PDF for individual pages, Delete PDF Pages for a shorter document, or merge selected page files when you need a new sequence.

Try it on a fresh copy

1. Open the PDF and identify the file positions of the pages you want to keep.
2. Process the document into individual page files.
3. Download the pages you need and open them before sending. Use a merge tool afterward if you want selected pages in one PDF.

How to tell whether it worked

Open each page you plan to send and check that it contains the intended content.
